Weight Loss & Smoking Cessation 2015

With Christmas out of the way, many people traditionally look to make a new start in the New Year. More often than not this can be in the form of changing or ceasing some kind of damaging or limiting behaviour as opposed to starting up new positive trends. The most common objectives are weight loss and stopping smoking, both of which are proven to add to one’s confidence, quality of life, health and longevity.

However, it can a difficult struggle to change one’s lifestyle at this time of year. The evenings are dark, the weather outside is frequently harsh and the energy levels tend to be low. It is very easy for our good intentions to turn into a couple of burgers in the evening and a pot of chocolate ice cream or a sneaky cigarette out the back door after your dinner.

With therapy, particularly hypnotherapy it is possible to give yourself the best chance of breaking out of this habitual behaviour.
