How can I be helpful to you?

I can help you to learn how to help yourself to:

  • Disentangle yourself from negative thinking patterns and unwanted feelings, which keep you from living a fuller more valued life.
  • Become more conversant with what really matters to you and develop willingness to ACT on that understanding, rather than feeling powerless to change.
  • Learn how to ACT with better self-esteem and self-confidence, by raising self-awareness, and gaining a clearer sense of direction.
  • Learn how to pause and observe what is really happening right now, and ACT on it for the benefit of yourself and those that you love. Instead of trying harder and harder to achieve less and less, of what is really important to you.

How many sessions will I need?

It’s always hard to know how many sessions this will take. Most people get what they need in around ten sessions. A good rule of thumb is to commit to six sessions, and then on session six, we’ll take stock, see how you’re going, and see if you need any more. If you find that you don’t need that many sessions, that’s fine too.

Often people like to have a clear idea of cost if you get in touch we can discuss assessment fees and I will advise you on request of the fees and how many sessions may be required during the initial assessment interview, once I have a clear idea of your needs.
