About Me

I have been involved in mental health work since 1990, when I started domiciliary work with schizophrenics.

I went on to train as a registered mental health nurse. From then on, I have applied myself to extensive and varied psycho therapeutic training in order to get the best knowledge base possible.

This training culminated in my completion of the first BABCP (British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy) accredited post graduate level training at the University of Derby. During my studies I developed a special interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I now work full time as a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist with clients requiring expert help involving high intensity psychological therapy.

I also take on referals for assessment and treatment from private health care insurance providers, employee assistance schemes, occupational health organisations, rehabilitation and insurance agents. I am based in Norwich and offer CBT to people across the east of England.
